By accessing and using the Eco Dwelling Studio website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. The information provided on this website is intended for general informational purposes related to home renovation services, project ideas, and service inquiries. Any engagement for renovation, construction, design, or installation services requires a separate written agreement between the client and Eco Dwelling Studio.
All renovation, remodeling, or installation services offered by Eco Dwelling Studio are subject to formal project agreements. These agreements define the project scope, materials, timelines, pricing, and other contractual obligations. Work will only begin once both parties approve the written agreement and any necessary deposits or initial payments are completed.
Quotes and estimates provided through online inquiries, email, or consultation requests are considered preliminary estimates only. Actual project costs may vary depending on material availability, design modifications, property conditions, and structural requirements discovered during on-site inspections. A finalized project proposal will outline the confirmed cost and timeline.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate property information, design preferences, and any relevant documents related to the renovation project. Clients must also ensure that the work area is accessible and safe for contractors and workers. Any delays caused by restricted access, incomplete information, or changes requested by the client may affect the project schedule and costs.
Eco Dwelling Studio may assist in obtaining necessary permits and ensuring compliance with local construction codes when required. However, permit approval timelines are controlled by local authorities and regulatory agencies. Any delays related to permit approvals, inspections, or regulatory requirements are outside the direct control of Eco Dwelling Studio.
Renovation projects often rely on building materials, fixtures, appliances, and other products sourced from third-party manufacturers and suppliers. While we strive to use high-quality materials, product availability and delivery schedules may vary. In such cases, alternative materials of similar quality may be recommended with client approval.
Eco Dwelling Studio may install and integrate modern technologies including smart locks, video doorbells, security cameras, and solar panel systems. However, ongoing software updates, device compatibility, mobile applications, and server operations are managed by the respective manufacturers and technology providers.
Estimated project timelines are provided based on typical construction schedules and available resources. However, timelines may be affected by factors such as weather conditions, material supply delays, design revisions, permit approvals, or unforeseen structural issues discovered during construction.
Eco Dwelling Studio shall not be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from project delays, supplier disruptions, natural disasters, regulatory changes, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Our responsibility is limited to providing renovation services according to the terms defined in the official project agreement.
Eco Dwelling Studio reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage users to review this page periodically for any changes.
